For those of you wondering, here's how Michael Phelps finds all that energy for swimming:
Breakfast:
3 fried egg sandwiches, with cheese, mayo, lettuce, tomato, fried onions, two cups of coffee, a five egg omelet, a bowl of grits, three slices of french toast topped with powdered sugar, and three chocolate chip pancakes.
Lunch:
A pound of enriched pasta, two large ham and cheese sandwiches with mayo on white bread, and about 1,000 calories of energy drinks.
Dinner:
A pound of pasta, and a whole pizza. Washed down by another 1,000 calories of energy drinks.
All told, he eats 12,000 (yes....twelve thousand) calories a day.
......and you people think I eat a lot.
